Here the focus is on the most important sustainability factors for the individual company depending on various factors including available information, sector and expected impact. Compensation Policy

Antaurus Capital Management B.V. (the Manager) is the manager of an investment institution. The Manager manages the Antaurus Europe Fund (the Fund). The Fund Manager applies a remuneration policy such that the employees involved focus on the long-term interests of Unitholders and management of (sustainability) risks for the Fund and the Fund Manager. Each employee is on the Fund Manager's payroll and receives a fixed remuneration. Discretionary variable rewards may be awarded to reward effort, results and commitment. The basis for this is the Wet beloningsbeleid financiële ondernemingen Wft (the "Wbfo"), the Alternative Fund Managers Directive ("AIFMD") and the ESMA Guidelines on AIFMD remuneration policy.
